Delivering fishing boats to victims of Typhoon Yolanda
The Rotary Club of Cebu East made a trip up north to Medellin on April 25, delivering boats to fishermen whose livelihoods had been destroyed by Typhoon Yolanda. We were met at the Barangay Hall by a flock of townspeople who were eager to revitalize their economy. Club President Federico Penaflorida III formally handed over the boats to the Barangay captain.
