Thanksgiving Donations in New Jersey!

On Monday November 23, 2020, the Rotary Club of Cebu East extended its charitable reach, by participating in a Thanksgiving food drive in New Jersey, USA.

Past President Tom McKinley, of RC Cebu East, represented the Club at a food drive in the city of Clifton, New Jersey, held at St. Andrew’s Church.

The project involved receiving and organizing food for poor families, in preparation for the Thanksgiving holiday. Donations included one turkey for each family, plus tons of “sides”, including yams, mashed potatoes, soups, stuffing, and cranberry sauce. Breakfast cereals, pasta sauce and noodles, and desserts were also generously donated by members of the St. Andrew’s community.

As always, the Rotary Club of Cebu East endeavors to give assistance wherever it can. Here are some pictures from the mission!
